A turn-of-the-century home that merges old-world craftsmanship with modern convenience, 123 Baltimore Avenue sits in the heart of Corte Madera’s idyllic Baltimore Park Neighborhood.  Rife with coastal charm, the Hamptons-style farmhouse offers an open floor plan with sun-soaked rooms that flow seamlessly from one to another via White Oak flooring and arched entryways. Atop the stairwell landing, a fireplace-clad family room gives way to a quaint dining room and newly remodeled kitchen with stainless steel Viking appliances. Beyond a cozy breakfast nook and sun room, sliding doors lead to an expansive outdoor patio that overlooks the lush landscaping below. On the ground level, a master suite is appointed with a stately master bath and furnished with a vintage claw-footed tub, spacious stall shower, and marble vanity. Neighborhood

Nestled between the slopes of Mount Tamalpais and the marshlands of San Francisco Bay, Corte Madera is home to excellent schools and parks and all the expected urban amenities, making it a great place to raise a family in Marin County. While the malls provide great shopping, there's more to Corte Madera than retailers and easy access to San Francisco. Civic organizations donate the flower baskets that hang on almost every lamppost in town and coordinate the town's blowout 4th of July Parade. Corte Madera is home to MarinScapes, the annual art show that has raised more than $1 million dollars for Buckelew Programs, which helps fight mental illness. Little Leaguers take full advantage of the spacious, well-tended parks and ball fields. Families have been enjoying the relaxed atmosphere and delicious Italian country cooking at Benissimo Restaurant & Bar since 1987. And Corte Madera can claim Book Passage, an independent bookstore with a busy calendar of classes, workshops, and author readings that bring in literary luminaries.
